1. How long does it take for me to receive the ordered items?

Orders are handled to the courier the next working day after receiving the payment of the order.

2. How do I track the order and who will deliver the package?

When we hand over the package to the courier, we will also inform you about it. You will receive a tracking number so you can track your order any time.

The order will be delivered to you by Pošta Slovenije or GLS.


3. Can I return the ordered item and in what time?

Of course you can. Returns can be made within 15 days after your order has been dispatched. 
All returned items should be wrapped and well packaged so that the packaging is not damaged.

6. What different forms of payment do you have?


With Klarna we offer different payment solutions. You can read more about them directly on Klarna’s website here. If you decide to pay by invoice, it will be sent to your specified email address as soon as the shipment has left our warehouse. 

 With a PayPal account, you will be able to easily pay with your e-mail address and password. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can create it by clicking here.

You can pay with Visa, Maestro or Mastercard.


7. How can I register?

You can create your own account or register with your Facebook or Google account. You can also make a purchase as a guest, which means that you do not need a user account to make a purchase.
