The general terms and conditions of business are drawn up in accordance with regulations in the field of consumer protection and other prescribed legislation, based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for online and electronic business.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to every user (hereinafter: User) who visits or uses or registers on the website www.binbee.eu, which is accessible at the web address http://www.binbee.eu (hereinafter: Website) and managed by the company E-CER d.o.o., Hrastovec 47, 3320 Velenje (hereinafter: Merchant).

The website is represented by each page within the address www.binbee.eu. General conditions apply to the entire Website, special conditions and legal notices may also apply to certain parts of the Website, certain Users or sub-pages.
By using the Website, the user confirms that he accepts the stated general conditions and agrees with all their provisions, and that he is familiar with the Personal Data Protection Policy. By registering, the user guarantees that he is a legally competent person and of legal age.
The merchant reserves the right to change or delete any part of the Website without prior notice. Also, the general conditions may be changed or supplemented at any time without prior notice.
The user undertakes to use the Website in a legal and normal manner.
1. Use of the Website
When registering in the online store, the User obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password that he chooses himself. The user name and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the filled-in data. After registration, the User acquires the right to purchase. The user is obliged to carefully handle his username and password, which he sets during registration. By purchasing the product, the User becomes a Buyer. The general business conditions deal with the operation of the Binbee online store (www.binbee.eu), user rights and the business relationship between the Merchant and the Customer.
The buyer of products (hereinafter: Buyer) on the website is any legal or natural person who ordered products from the Merchant through the Website.
2. Availability of information
The merchant undertakes that the following will always be available to the User:
- data on the Merchant’s identity (company name and headquarters and the register number where the company is registered)
- contact information that enables the User to communicate quickly and efficiently with the Merchant (email address, telephone…)
- information about the essential characteristics of the products offered by the Website, including after-sales services and guarantees
- information on the availability of products from the Website’s offer (each item from the offer should be available within a reasonable time)
- terms of delivery of products (method, place and deadline of delivery)
- information on the method of payment and delivery
- data on the time validity of the offer
- information about the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal
- information about the possibility of returning products and if and how much such a return costs the Customer
- Information on the Buyer’s complaint procedure and information on the Merchant’s contact person for customer contacts.
3. Product offer, delivery time and delivery
Images of products in the online store or anywhere on the Website are symbolic and do not guarantee their properties. The merchant reserves the right to minor discrepancies between the descriptions and the actual properties of the products. The Merchant is not bound by the description of the product or the published price of the product, if the description or price is the result of an input error or if the wrong description or price occurred without the will of the Merchant.
Due to the nature of the business, the range of products on the website changes quickly and often.
For products in stock, the delivery of the items is 2-5 working days after receiving the payment, in other cases up to 15 days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is up to 15 days after the order is received. In case of a longer delivery period, we will inform you about it by e-mail or by phone.
The trader sends his products to the Buyers via Pošta Slovenije or GLS Slovenia, and the shipping costs are also paid (see point 4.)
4. Shipping costs
Delivery costs depend on the weight of the shipment and are charged to the Buyer accordingly (VAT is included).
Our products in the online store are sent by Pošta Slovenije and GLS Slovenia.
Delivery is free for purchases over €100. Valid in EU countries.
5. Methods of payment
The following payment methods are available to our customers:
- by transfer to the Trader’s account according to the issued proforma invoice, the online price applies (see point 6.)
- by transfer to the Merchant’s account via the PayPal payment system, the online price applies (see point 6.)
- by paying with a Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa credit card (see point 6.)
Product prices are presented as retail prices and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer up to a certain purchase value (see point 4). Surcharges are possible on the online price, depending on the selected payment method (see point 5.).
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the specified payment methods, under the conditions stated above. The sales contract between the Merchant and the Buyer is concluded the moment the Provider confirms the order (the User receives an email with the invoice and the status of the Order confirmed). From this moment the User becomes a Buyer. All prices and other conditions are final and apply to both the Merchant and the Buyer.
Despite the Merchant’s efforts to keep prices up-to-date, the product price may change during order processing. In this case it will:
- The trader informed the Buyer about this and informed him about the new prices, in such a case the Buyer or User has the option to change his order or cancel it in part or in full or to confirm the order at the new prices, all without additional costs, or
- The merchant allowed the customer to withdraw from the purchase and at the same time offered him a solution that will be of mutual benefit and satisfaction
7. Purchase procedure
The following technical steps are available to the User (Buyer) during the purchase process:
- login to the online store using an email address or user password, if the User (Buyer) has previously created a user account,
- searching for an individual product in the product range in the online store,
- product selection for purchase,
- adding the selected product for purchase to the shopping cart,
- determination of the quantity of the product to be purchased in the shopping basket,
- review of the price of the selected product in the selected quantity, including the calculated tax, if it is calculated,
- selection of the product delivery method,
- selection of payment method,
- review of the order with the selected method of delivery of the product and the calculated delivery costs, if these are calculated and
- confirmation and submission of the order, thereby completing the purchase.
Before submitting the order, the User (Buyer) is enabled to, with immediate effect, easily and without problems:
- sees and reviews which products he has selected and added to the shopping basket,
- see and review the price of an individual product and the total price of the entire selected quantity of an individual product,
- changes the selected quantity of an individual product and calculates the new price of the thus changed quantity,
- removes selected products that he does not want to buy from the shopping basket and
- calculates the corresponding tax, based on the tax rate applicable to the selected product and its price (tax basis).
Before confirming the order, the User (Buyer) is enabled to, with immediate effect, easily and without problems:
- changes the selected product delivery method;
- changes the selected payment method and
- reviews and approves individual changes.
7.1. Order accepted
After submitting the order, the User (Buyer) receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. At this step, the User (Buyer) has the opportunity to cancel the order within 1 hour via e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, with a clear title of the message PURCHASE CANCELLATION. Except for the possibility of cancellation, the User (Buyer) cannot change the content of the order after placing the order. The user (Buyer) can always access comprehensive information about the status and content of each order in his profile on the Merchant’s website.
7.2. Order confirmed
If the User (Buyer) does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing. Upon receipt, the merchant reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered products and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The merchant usually has all items in stock. The trader can also contact the User (Buyer) by telephone at the provided contact telephone number to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the Merchant informs the User (Buyer) by e-mail about the expected delivery date. The sales contract for the purchase of the ordered products between the User (Buyer) and the Merchant is irrevocably concluded at this stage (see point 8.).
7.3. Goods shipped
The trader prepares and ships the ordered products within the agreed period and informs the User (Buyer) about this by e-mail. In the e-mail, the Merchant also informs the User (Buyer) about the product return policy and informs him of the contact persons in case of a complaint or delay in delivery.
8. Purchase Agreement
The merchant issues an invoice to the customer on a permanent medium, with detailed costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the items, if necessary and possible.
The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the Merchant’s server and is accessible to the Buyer at any time in his user profile (My Account).
The sales contract between the Merchant and the User (Buyer) is concluded the moment the Merchant confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions of purchase are fixed and apply to both the Merchant and the User (Buyer).
9. The right to withdraw from the purchase, return of products
The user (Buyer) has the right to within 15 days from the date of receipt of the ordered products, inform the Merchant at the contact email address email@example.com that he is withdrawing from the sales contract, and he does not need to state a reason for such a decision. The return of the purchased products to the Merchant within the deadline for withdrawal from the sales contract is considered a notice of withdrawal. The only cost incurred by the user (buyer) due to withdrawal from the sales contract is the cost of returning the products to the Merchant.
Purchased products must be returned to the Merchant no later than 30 days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal from the sales contract. Purchased products must be returned to the Merchant undamaged, in their original packaging and in the same quantity, unless the products are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the User (Buyer). If the postal package with which the User (Buyer) received the ordered products is physically damaged, if its contents are missing or if it shows signs of being opened, the User (Buyer) must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije (see point 15.).
For returned products, the Merchant will refund the amount paid to the User (Buyer) as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice, but any used promotional codes and other discounts will not be returned to the User (Buyer). The refund of the paid amount is carried out by the Merchant in person or transaction account of the User (Buyer).
The products have a warranty if it is stated so on the invoice or on the warranty card. If there is no warranty information in the online store, then the product does not have a warranty.
The merchant will deliver the ordered products to the User (Buyer) within the agreed time. The Merchant’s delivery partner is Pošta Slovenije or GLS Slovenia. The merchant reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will enable him to fulfill the order more efficiently.
The merchant uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.
Secure authorizations and credit card transactions are handled by PAYPAL. Credit card authorizations are carried out in real time with immediate verification of data from banks. Card information is not stored on the Merchant’s server.
The User himself is also responsible for security, namely by ensuring the security of his username and password, as well as the appropriate software and anti-virus protection of his computer.
13. Child care
The merchant in the online store does not accept orders from someone he knows or suspects to be a child without the express permission of his parents or guardians. The merchant in the online store does not offer free access to products or services that are harmful to children.
Without the express permission of parents or guardians, the merchant will not accept any personal data concerning children, nor will it release data received from children to third parties, except parents or guardians.
Any communication aimed at children will be age-appropriate and will not take advantage of children’s trustworthiness, lack of experience or sense of loyalty.
KEEP PRODUCTS FROM THE WWW.BINBEE.EU ONLINE STORE OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. THE PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE www.binbee.eu ARE NOT TOYS. WHEN A PRODUCT PURCHASED IN THE www.binbbe.eu ONLINE STORE IS USED BY A CHILD, AN ADULT MUST ALWAYS BE PRESENT WHEN IT IS USED.
The merchant is not responsible for injuries and safety of the user or the child.
14. User reviews and product ratings
Opinions, comments and product evaluations given by Users or visitors are part of the functionality of the online store and are intended for the community of Users.
The merchant is not responsible for the content of opinions, comments and product ratings given by users or visitors. The Merchant reviews opinions, comments and ratings prior to publication and rejects those that contain obvious falsehoods, are misleading, offensive, obscene or, in the Merchant’s opinion, do not provide benefit to other users or visitors to the online store. The merchant is not responsible for the information in opinions, comments and ratings and disclaims any responsibility arising from this information.
The Merchant makes every effort to ensure that the information published in its online store is up-to-date and correct, but product characteristics, delivery times or prices may change so quickly that the Merchant is unable to correct the information in time
are published in the online store. In such a case, the Merchant will inform the User (Buyer) about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or change the order.
Although the Merchant tries to provide accurate photos of the products for sale in the online store, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features.
From the moment the shipment with the ordered products is delivered to the post office, the merchant is not responsible for cases of physical damage, destruction or loss of the shipment, as well as if the contents of the shipment are missing or if the shipment shows signs of being opened. In the above cases, the User (Buyer) must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije. In case of damage to the shipment, he does so by bringing the shipment to the nearest post office in the same condition as he received it, without adding or removing anything, and fills out a complaint record. Together with GLS, the retailer will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
16. Complaints, Disputes and Application of Law
The trader complies with the applicable regulations in the field of consumer protection. The merchant has an effective complaint handling system in place and has a designated person with whom the User (Buyer) can contact by e-mail in case of problems. The User (Buyer) can submit a complaint to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. The appeal process is confidential.
Within five working days, the trader will confirm that he has received the complaint and inform the User (Buyer) how long he will process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure. The merchant will do his best to resolve any disputes amicably. If an amicable solution to the dispute is not reached, all disputes between the Merchant and the User (Buyer) shall be resolved exclusively by the competent local court. The trader and the user (buyer) as participants in electronic business mutually recognize the validity of electronic messages in court.
The provisions of the Code of Obligations, the Act on Electronic Business on the Market, the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the Act on Consumer Protection apply mutatis mutandis to all relationships and rights and obligations not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions.
